Why does it take time for Pending Cashback/GVC (Gift Voucher Credit) to get confirmed?

Online retailers usually have a return period which extends up to 30days during which time the buyer can return the goods they bought. The retailer starts processing cashback/GVC only after this period is over and we are paid during the next payment cycle. The entire process can take up to 12 weeks in some cases.

Is there a limit to the number of transactions I can do with a single retailer

There is no limit on the number of transactions you can do with a single retailer. will get cashback for every transactiffl unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Does Pickakart promise Cashback/CVC (Gift Voucher Credit)?

Cashback/CVC is given only if the retailer confirmns that the purchase is tracked, authentic and successful (not returned or cancelled). This is done at the sole discretion of the retailer. Thus cashback cannot be promised in every case. However 90% to 95% of the tracked transactions are successfully paid as cashback and around 60% of the remaining Missing Cashback Claims raised by users are successfully resolved.

What is the difference between tracked, confirmed and rejected Cashback?

Tracked Cashback - Successfully tracked purchase and waiting for retailer confirmation Please inform us if your purchase has not succesfully tracked after 72 hours of purchase by raising a missing cashback ticket Missing Cashback tickets are not entertained by retailers after 10 days of purchase. You cannot redeem cashback until we receive confirmation from the retailer.

Confirmed Cashback - Confirmed by retailer that the purchase was not returned Or cancelled. Cashback is now ready to be transferred to your bank account.

Rejected Cashback - Retailer denied confirmation. This could be due to one of many reasons such as 1. You canceled or returned your order or 2. You have used a coupon code not provided by pickakart.com or 3. You visited another Cashback/deals/Price-Comparison/Coupons site between exiting pickakart.com and complecting you purchase. Cashback will not be paid in such cases.

Why did Cashback track at a lower amount that expected?

Few stores show a lower amount at the tracking stage but the amount automatically when the cashback is confirmed by the store.

Why did my Cashback/GVC (Gift Voucher Credit) get rejected?

Cashback gets rejected due to one of many reasons such as 1. Why does my Cashback/GVC (Gift Voucher Credit) status say Tracked?

This means that your purchase has been successfulty tracked and waiting for retailer confirmatbn Please inform us if your purchase has not successfully tracked after 72 hours of purchase by raising a missing cashback claim Missing Cashback claims are not entertained by retailers after 10 days You cannot withdraw cashback until receive confirmation from the retailer.

Can I use coupons which are not published on Pickakart and still earn cashback?

We do not recommend doing this as the retailer may decline cashback on these grounds.

No, this will not work Pickakart and the online store rely on technology to track your purchases That is why it is important to follow the process exactly and not visit any Offers/Deals/Price-Comparison/Coupons site in between the process.

What are Gift Voucher Credits?

Gift Voucher Credits are similar to Cashback but can only be exchanged for Gift Vouchers and cannot be transferred to your bank account.

How do I earn Gift Voucher Credits?

A handful of stores only allow Gift Voucher Credits Rewards earned on these stores can be exchanged for Gift Vouchers only. No bank transfer option WII be given for these stores.

When can I redeem Gift Voucher Credits?

Gift Voucher Credits (CVC) can be redeemed once they are confirmed. Initially GVC get tracked and the status will show as 'pending confirmation'. You can redeem GVC with Gift Vouchers once the status gets updated to 'confirmed' by the online retailer.

How can I request payment of Gift Voucher Credits?

Once you have earned a minimum of Rs 100 worth confirmed Gift Voucher Credits (GVC) you may exchange your GVC for Gift Vouchers.

Can I redeem Cashback and Gift Voucher Credit together?

Cashback can be exchanged for cash via NEFT/Cheque or Gift Vouchers. Gift Voucher Credits can be exchanged for Gift Vouchers only.

Pickakart sends you an email within 3 days of your purchase informing you that we have successfully tracked your purchase However, if you don't receive this notification email even after 3 days please raise a Missing Cashback claim. Till when can I submit a missing cashback claim for my purchase?

Why do I need to wait for 3 days after my purchase before I can raise a Missing Cashback claim?

Pickakart relies on the retailer entirely to share updates regarding your transaction and it takes the retailer anywhere between hours to 3 days to update the same. Pickakart automatically emails you once this is done from their side. Retailers usually don't accept Missing Cashback claims before 3 days are over after your purchase and will not accept Missing Cashback claims after 10 days of the transaction.

While trying to raise a Missing Cashback claim, why are only a few retailers listed and not all?

The Pickakart website logs every online store you visit through Pickakart. While raising a Mising Cashback ticket the system only shows you stores you have visited via Pickakart in the last 10 days. Please feel free to drop us a mail at contact@pickakart.com for further clarification.

What details are needed to raise a Missing Cashback claim successfully?

  • Retailer Name,
  • Date and Time of Transaction,
  • Transaction amount,
  • Order number,
  • Coupon code used(if any)

NOTE: Please keep all emails regardirg your purchase carefully for at least a year. This helps with your cashback claims and werranty where applicable.

How long does it take to conclude Missing Cashback claims?

Resolution to missing cashback claims can take between a few days to 3 months to conclude.

The reasons for your cashback going missing can be categorized under

  • Commissioned Denied - Due to the use of unauthorized coupons or visinting other Offers/Deals/Price-Comparison/Coupons sites before finishing the entire pickakart process from start to end or use of browser add-ons/extension that are pop up blockers or shopping related. In these cases those websites or add-ons get the credited Wth commission for your purchase or if you used the online retailers mobile APP instead Of completing the purchase on Google Chrome. Very few retailers like Flipkart hand out commissions for purchases completed using the Flipkart app or due to the of a browser where cookies, JavaScript & third party images are disabled - for successful tracking of your purchase these features need to be enabled on your browser.
  • Technical Failure - Sometimes your order is missing in the reports shared with us by the online retailer. In these cases we are dependent on you to inform and foward details regarding your purchase to us We then follow up with the retailer who investigate the issue internally and inform us their findings. If the error is on their part they credit the commission to us. This commission then credited to you as cashback.
  • We require your help in such cases because Our revenue is directly related to the amount of cashback our users earn. It is in our interest that get the cashback for your purchase.

Why does cashback track erroneously or not track at times?

The cashback process uses automated technology to track your purchases. This technology is not completely error proof. Every time you visit an online store via pickakart rely on the online store to give us an accurate report on your purchase.

Within 3 days if you don't get an email confirming that your purchase has been tracked, please raise the issue with us after 3 days (not beyond 10 days) ofyour purchase We will follow up with them and investigate why the order has not tracked.

For some retailers, the cashback amount might be inaccurately reported at he first stage of tracking and fixed automatically at the final stage Of confirmation.

By and large, adherirg to the terms ard conditions mentioned on our site and store offer page and following the best practice for successful cashback will limit the chances Of cashback failure.

What happens if my Missing Cashback claim is denied?

The retailers decide on tie legitimacy of the missing cashback in question and their decision is final. However, we track data from all our users to detect retailers with high rate of cashback failure and remove such stores from our program. This is done because cur revenues are directly related to the cashback earned by you.

Why do I receive emails showing the status of my cashback?

These emails are meant to keep you updated regarding your cashback status.

How do you handle my personal information?

Confirmed Cashback can be kept indefinitely in your active pickakart accounts. However, if there is no customer initiated activity for a period of 3 years such accounts are categorized as inactive and are periodically removed. Use Pickakart regularly to keep your account status as active.

Can I make changes to my payout request once the process has been initiated?

Drop us an email ASAP and will try our best to accommodate your request. However, once the final step of the redemption process (successful bank transfer, Gift Card generation etc.) is over it cannot be undone.

How can I withdraw my cashback earnings?

After successful login, go to My Account using menu on the top right hand corner of the page. Click on 'Request Payment' option ard follow steps to redeem your cashback earnigs.

How long will it take to process my Payment Request?

Gift Cards sent to your registered e-mail and bank transfers will be process within 7 working days.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can Request Payment?

No, there is no limit to the number of times you can request payment as long as you have a minimum of Rs.100 cashback/GVC.

Is it free to join Pickakart? Is there any redemption fee involved?

Joining Plckakart is completely free. There is a dynamic redemption fee deducted from your cashback earnings at the time of redemption depending on the amount being redeemed. We pass on the benefits after deducting our fees.

Is there a minimum amount needed in my Pickakart account to be able to redeem cashback?

Yes, you need a minimum of Rs 100 worth confirmed cashback in your pickakart account to be able to redeem any benefit. Please note that have a dynamic redemption fee which changes depending on the amount being redeemed. The more you save the lesser our fee. The dynamic procesing fee is as low as 0%.

What should I do if my Payout Request has been processed but I have not received it?

Please drop us an email if even after 48 hours you have not received the money. It is important that the bank transfer information you have shared is accurate so that the money gets credited to the correct account.

What are the withdrawal methods that Pickakart offers?

Our preferred method is Bank Transfer and Gift Vouchers However we do offer Other methods such as Mobile Recharge, Paytm, Mobikwik, etc on special request.

What are the main terms regarding payments? Are there any charges or restrictions?

Main terms are as follows: Only 'Confirmed' cashback will be paid. 'Pending' cashback is only indicative and cannot be paid till the retailer approves and confirms the cashback. You need a minimum of Rs.100 under 'confirmed' cashback to be able to redeem Payment requests will attract our dynamic Redemption. Fee which will be deducted from your cashback earnings at the time of redemption depending on the Amount being redeerned. The bank transfer is done after deducting our fees.

How do I redeem my confirmed cashback?

Login to your Pickakart account. Click on My Account Then Cick on Request payments and follow the instructions mentioned there. Please note that you need to have a minimum of Rs.100 confirmed cashback in your account.

How long does it take to receive cashback via Bank Transfer (NEFT)?

It takes a maximum Of 7 working days depending on the banks involved.

Do you transfer money outside India?

No. We transfer money only to INDIAN BANK ACCOUNTS.

How do I change my bank account details?

Login to your Pickakart account.Click on My Account.Then Cick on edit profile and follow the instructions mentioned there.

Does earned benefits sitting in my account expire?

Earned benefits sitting in active accounts never expire. However accounts which have not shown any activity for more than three years are subject to termination.
