Gift Voucher Points (GVPoints) are similar to Cashback but can only be exchanged for Gift Vouchers. GVPoints cannot be exchanged for cash. Eg. 1 GVPoints = 1 Rupee

Online retailers usually have a return period which extends up to 30 days during which time the buyer can return the goods they have bought. The retailer starts processing cashback/GVPoints only after this period is over and we are paid during the next payment cycle. The entire process can take up to 12 weeks in rare cases.

There is no limit on the number of transactions you can do with a single retailer. You will get cashback for every transaction unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Cashback/GVPoints is given only if the retailer confirms that the purchase is tracked, authentic and successful (not returned or cancelled). This is done at the sole discretion of the retailer. Thus cashback cannot be promised in every case. However 90% to 95% of the tracked transactions are successfully paid cashback and around 60% of the remaining Missing Cashback Claims raised by users are successfully paid cashback

Tracked Cashback – Successfully tracked purchase and waiting for retailer confirmation. Please inform us if your purchase has not successfully tracked after 72 hours of purchase by raising a missing cashback ticket. Missing Cashback tickets are not entertained by retailers after 10days. You cannot withdraw cashback until we receive confirmation from the retailer. Confirmed Cashback – Confirmed by retailer that the purchase was not returned or cancelled. Cashback is now ready to be transferred to your bank account. Rejected Cashback – Retailer denied confirmation. This could be due to one of many reasons such as 1. You canceled or returned your order or 2. You have used a coupon code not provided by pickakart.com or 3. You visited another Cashback/Deals/Price-Comparison/Coupons site between exiting pickakart.com and completing you purchase. Cashback will not be paid in such cases.

Few stores show a lower amount at the tracking stage but modify the amount automatically when the cashback is confirmed by the retailer

This could be due to one of many reasons such as a) You canceled or returned your order or b) You have used a coupon code not provided by pickakart.com or c) You visited another Cashback/Deals/Price-Comparison/Coupons site between exiting pickakart.com and completing you purchase. Cashback will not be paid in such cases

Please inform us if your purchase has not been successfully tracked after 72 hours of purchase by raising a missing cashback ticket. PickaKart relies on the retailer entirely to share updates regarding your transaction and it takes the retailer anywhere between 3 hours to 3 days to update the same. PickaKart automatically emails you once this is done from their side. Retailers usually don’t accept Missing Cashback claims before 3 days are over after your purchase and will not accept Missing Cashback claims after 10 days of the transaction.

The Software driven Automated Technology on the PickaKart website logs every online store you visit through PickaKart. While raising a Missing Cashback ticket, the software only shows you stores you have visited via PickaKart in the last 10 days. Resolution to missing cashback requests can take between a few days to 3 months to determine. In these cases those websites or add-ons get the credited with commission for your purchase or if you used the online retailers mobile APP instead of completing the purchase on Google Chrome. Every time you visit an online store via pickakart, we rely on the online store to give us an accurate report on your purchase. Within 3 days if you don’t get an email confirming that your purchase has been tracked, please raise the issue with us after 3 days of your purchase. We will follow up with them and investigate why the order has not been tracked. For some retailers, the cashback amount might be inaccurately reported at the first stage of tracking and fixed automatically at the final stage of confirmation. By and large, adhering to the terms and conditions mentioned on our site and store offer page and following the best practice for successful cashback will limit the chances of cashback failure.

The retailers decide on the legitimacy of the missing cashback in question and their decision is final. However, we track data from all our users to detect retailers with high rate of cashback failure and remove such stores from our program. This is done because our revenues are directly related to the cashback earned by you.

Confirmed Cashback can be kept indefinitely in your active pickakart accounts. However, if there is no customer initiated activity for a period of 3 years, such accounts are categorized as inactive and are periodically removed. Use Pickakart regularly to keep your account status as active.
